Brandy Sauce

1/3 cup Butter
1 cup Icing Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 tsp Lemon essence
2/3 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tblsp Sherry or Brandy

Cream butter & sugar; add remaining ingrediants. Freeze.

Serve on HOT Christmas Pudding.
